Instructions from iMore:

1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap on Accounts and Passwords.
3. Tap on Add Account.
4. Tap on Other.
5. Tap on Add Subscribed Calendar under the Other section.
6. Copy the server location from above
7. Turn on 'Use SSL'
8. Tap the Next button
9. Tap the Save button

Android/Google calendar

Instructions from Google

1. Open the web version of Google Calendar at https://calendar.google.com/
2. Next to "Other calendars" on the left, click the Down arrow.
3. Select Add by URL.
4. Enter the calendar's address in the field provided - copy the server location from above
5. Click Add Calendar. The calendar will appear on the left side under "Other calendars."
